Found the engagement ring that we had been searching for for months all on a very vague description. Went back last week to purchase a bracelet and got chatting about rings. Cleaned my old rings, they turned out amazing, little did I know he was in on a plan with my partner who proposed to me that evening. I said yes!

Unwilling to help with a replacement for a long time Michael Hill customer who has several care plan purchases. I wish I would have noted the specific staff member in particular. They were so rude, we proceeded to drive 30mins in the other direction to another MH store then deal with them.

He changed his mind a few hundred times and Maureen at Michael Hill talked him through all the changes. The care plan is second to none and my husband enjoys taking his ring for a service.
