Had my daughters bracelet beautifully engraved along with my puppy’s dog tag and the result was beautiful. Also saved me with my car key battery . Great customer service and a wealth of knowledge

My belt was immediately punched with new holes and it looks perfect. I ALWAYS recommend this business as they never fail to deliver superior quality work and the people there are always friendly, accommodating and talented. They take pride in their work and could run a Masterclass on excellent service. Thank you.

They said they will pull all apart and give refund. They said "they never had unhappy customers". Also they said to me, "leaving negative feedback is illegal".
Absolutely disgusted with this service and very rude staff!!!

None of the retailer's that sold the watch stocked replacement bands so we tried Mr Mint. They were so friendly, helpful and quick. The best part was that we didn't have to go 'online: to buy a replacement band like all the other retailers had suggested.
