    Disappointing..
    menu design makes it hard to read, not really clear what you are ordering, especially when you have to order at a noisy, busy bar and want to find out what the dish is and the bar staff don't really have time to answer everyone's questions about the menu!
    So many guests were confused when the meal they ordered turned up in a bread roll!. The 'Heroes' menu needs to be much clearer. My very small fried chicken dish seemed more like chicken skin or fat that had been crumbed and deep fried..very fatty...couldn't finish it.
    The women in our group felt very uneasy having to go out the back of venue and walk through a dimly lit car park to use what appeared to be a 'public' toilet block????
    Most of the staff were lovely apart from one very rude waitress.
