  Secret Shhh, what a colossal letdown. The owner, with a clear intention to deceive, sold me a bracelet at full price, conveniently concealing a 20% Christmas discount prominently advertised on their website. This revelation only came to light in the evening after I had purchased the item, turning a special gift for my wife into a frustrating experience. I explicitly mentioned our limited budget due to expecting twins, expecting genuine assistance. However, the owner's failure to disclose the discount not only cost me savings but also deprived my wife of a potentially more meaningful gift within our constrained budget. Such a heartless approach to customer service merits nothing but a vehement one-star rating. Beware of this store's manipulative practices, especially when your intentions are genuine.

  Great store, my Wife loves her rings and with a life time guarantee that's awesome. Prices are fantastic and the diamonds are beautiful, better then real ones.

  Update: The store manager seems genuine in trying to help, and the staff are nice. We will see how they resolve this issue and I will update this review as we work through the resolution. It's important to understand that the store itself isn't responsible for the quality of the ring.

  Horrible experience!
  The jewlery from this store is terrible. Engagement ring was missing a diamond on the night of our proposal. Then a 2nd lost also not long after. Sent it away for repairs only to lose another diamond about 3months later.
  Such a disappointing experience, the Engagement ring is a big highlight for any new couple. We were told this almost never happens, and I questioned the quality of the ring after round 1. We're only 3 months into our engagement and the ring has completely let us down. To make it worse, my fiancèe isn't even in Australia. So sending the ring around the world is costly and risky.
  
  Nice designs, but incredibly poor quality rings, I will NEVER buy from this store again. We are gutted by this experience

  Horrible experience. Staff are pushy and rude. Took my partner in to pick out an engagement ring and she was trying different styles on and trying to decide what she liked and the sales person came over and sighed loudly and said “are we even getting any closer to a decision yet” with a foul look on her face (mind you we had only been looking for no more than 10 minutes at this point). Turned what is supposed to be an exciting experience into a negative one with all the huffing and puffing and rushing from the sales person. We ended up going to Michael Hill and spending a bit more and we were able to get better service. Wouldn’t recommend.

  Bad customer service. Owners were arguing at each other in front of me. They also treat their staff appallingly. I was ignored while the owners were arguing at each other. So unprofessional. Never go here.
