  My son bought some motor oil took it home and realised he bought the wrong type . He took back to exchange it he was told he couldn’t because he didn’t have a receipt . My son wasn’t even offered a receipt ! . When he said ‘ you didn’t give me one’ he was told sorry no receipt no exchange . Realty !!!! He just sold the oil to him . I went back and asked to speak to the manager but of course the manager only works a few hours s day and no one was authorised to exchange the oil . 
  This is the worst customer service. This manager who trains his staff to have apply no common sense should not be a manager . This has just cost the owner over $150 of fuel sales each week from my family . No service no customer j

  Walked in at 6am, Thursday morning. 2 workers in store. 1 behind the register, counting money and 1 off to the side. Bought 2 drinks and at no stage during the sale did the one that was supposed to be serving me, stop whinging about a fellow employee. Took my money and handed back my change, all without saying 1 word to me. Id strongly suggest working on public service skills and stop focusing your energy on badmouthing fellow employees.
