  If I were able to give 0 stars, I would. I have been given the runaround time after time with Specsavers Chermside. After turning up 1/2 hr early ready for eye drops for my son's eye test, they didn't leave enough time to give them & do the test so I had to leave and come back another time (1 1/2hrs wasted). Went back for a warranty replacement on one frame and staff wanted to superglue the glasses back together until I told them there was a warranty replacement in the store. Optometrist recommended new lenses and staff asked if my son could go a couple of weeks without his glasses. Really? I had to insist they do one pair at a time so my son wasn't blind in the meantime. I asked them to send his second pair and the broken pair to get new frames fitted but the wouldn't because one pair was broken. It was just the end of one arm that came off and they were happy to just glue it and give it back a minute ago! So a week later I get messages and texts that the warranty frame is ready to be picked up. Go in and they've ordered another pair of warranty frames but they don't have the frames with the new lenses. Another 1 1/2 hrs wasted. Told by staff they would be ready in 3 days. 10 days later with no contact, I call and they still aren't there and they are calling the laboratory to find out what is going on. The Saga continues...
  DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY FROM SPECSAVERS CHERMSIDE!!!!!!

  Amazing service. Very friendly team. Highly skilled optometrists. Once I'd had my eyes tested and all the findings explained to me in terms I could easily understand it took me a long time to choose which glasses I liked best. The staff were very helpful and patient in helping me decide. I was also able to take in my old glasses to be recycled and given to the less fortunate. I will definitely go back to Specsavers Chermside next time I get my eyes tested.
